If the customer faces any size issue with the product or wants to exchange the product, they must contact us within 5 days from the date of delivery.

- Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Once we receive the returned product, the exchange process will be completed within 2β3 working days.
- The exchanged product will be delivered within 5β6 business days.
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues.
- Exchanges for color or style preferences are not accepted.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order.
- Products sent without the original shipping label will not be accepted for exchange.

- Reverse pickup service is not available.
- Customers must self-courier the product back to us.
- The parcel should clearly mention the customerβs name and phone number.
- Items must be:

- Unwashed
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
- The original shipping label must be included inside the parcel.
- Courier charges are non-refundable.
- Products purchased during sales, discounts, or special offers are not eligible for exchange.
